Lorraine Johnson-Davis, Fine Artist
Although a southern-born native of Louisiana, Mrs. Johnson-Davis was educated in Cleveland, Ohio, where she enjoyed and discovered her creativity at an early age. Throughout her youth her passion was creating fashions for her dolls and she initially considered pursuing a career in fashion designing. However, she later learned that her true love was for acrylic painting. Mrs. Johnson is thankful to have been blessed with the gift of artistic capabilities, which provides her with an opportunity to attempt to capture some of the master's creations on canvas. She views her work as a contribution to the preservation of history from the past, present, and future, on a sociological level. Her work has been exhibited in many various places and has been collected by many art lovers, both privately and corporately. |
